Asbestos Awareness, Instruction and Training

This half-day Asbestos Awareness training course is fundamental level training.

It is for people who do not work with asbestos-containing materials but may as part of their work activities disturb asbestos-containing materials and get exposed to risks associated with asbestos.

This course will cover the following topics:

The properties of asbestos and its effects on health, including the increased risk of developing lung cancer for asbestos workers who smoke
